We are looking for an experienced hospitality manager, preferably with a background in specialty coffee bars.
Your Role
- Coffee & Quality
- Oversee coffee operations, recipes, and equipment checks.
- Manage stock ordering and replenishment.
- Ensure consistent coffee quality and support baristas with dial-in,
latte art, espresso/filter skills, and workflow training. - Share knowledge about our coffees and coach the team in communicating
this to guests. - Ensure daily tasks, prep work, and opening/middle/closing duties are
completed properly.
- Floor & Team Management
- Work alongside the team on bar, register, and general café duties.
- Ensure café procedures and communication between management and
baristas are clear and followed. - Guide baristas and runners to work as an effective, motivated team.
- Support new and existing team members in their responsibilities and
growth.
Who You Are
- Passionate about hospitality and specialty coffee.
- Management experience is required.
- Comfortable communicating in English and Dutch.
- Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure.
- Able to balance giving direction with creating a positive and supportive
environment. - Values sustainability and team wellbeing.
