We are looking for an experienced hospitality manager, preferably with a background in specialty coffee bars.

Your Role

  1. Coffee & Quality
    • Oversee coffee operations, recipes, and equipment checks.
    • Manage stock ordering and replenishment.
    • Ensure consistent coffee quality and support baristas with dial-in,
      latte art, espresso/filter skills, and workflow training.
    • Share knowledge about our coffees and coach the team in communicating
      this to guests.
    • Ensure daily tasks, prep work, and opening/middle/closing duties are
      completed properly.
  2. Floor & Team Management
    • Work alongside the team on bar, register, and general café duties.
    • Ensure café procedures and communication between management and
      baristas are clear and followed.
    • Guide baristas and runners to work as an effective, motivated team.
    • Support new and existing team members in their responsibilities and
      growth.

Who You Are

  • Passionate about hospitality and specialty coffee.
  • Management experience is required.
  • Comfortable communicating in English and Dutch.
  • Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure.
  • Able to balance giving direction with creating a positive and supportive
    environment.
  • Values sustainability and team wellbeing.

What We Offer

  • 32–36 hours per week, with one fixed weekend day off and two consecutive
    days off.
