The SCA Barista Skills Foundation lasts 7 hours. You can book the exam separately and consists of 2 parts. This training does not have an official practical exam, but at the end of the training you will receive a Skill Report with the findings of the trainer. This indicates how far the knowledge and skills are high enough to continue to Intermediate level. Once the training is done, you will receive a link for a written online exam. With a successful result you will receive an official certificate and 5 points will be credited to the SCA system.
Duration – Training: approximately 7 hours and exam.
Exam – theory (22 min.) to be taken online up to 3 weeks after training. At the end of the training you will receive a Skill Report from the trainer for continuation to intermediate level if desired.
Included – Reader, use of equipment and ingredients, lunch and of course delicious coffee!
The training will be offered in English as standard. This can also be given in Dutch on request.

Completing the SCA Introduction to Coffee module first is recommended, but not mandatory. Experience not necessary.
All amounts are incl. VAT. Costs of this training will be refunded upon cancellation up to 7 days before the start. With less than 2 participants, we can reschedule the training to another time.
