The coffee is a wonderful example of a modern flavour profile with distinct characteristics of the Vietnamese terroir. Very fruity, sweet and intensely aromatic but also slightly pungent and round.
Mùa Hè means summer in Vietnamese as it was meant to have a fruity and refreshing flavour profile. It is a rare opportunity to have a fairly high specialty arabica from Vietnam, we are very excited about this coffee and want to share it with you!
