Colombia – Chaman – Washed

Our new Colombian coffee, coming from the Huila region. What’s so cool about this coffee, is that it comes from the Chaman Cooperative in Colombia. There are about 30 farmers contributing to this coffee, but instead of having one central washing station where they bring the coffee, they all have their own equipment at home. Meaning each farmer depulps at home, ferments at home in a tank overnight, then washes the coffee and also dries it at their own drying area.

When choosing pick-up, we’ll be in touch asap about pick-up moment. All pick-ups are currently being done at our Van Hall location

We ship every Monday, Wednesday and Friday
