This Year we bought this coffee for the Dutch Barista Championship. Skip had an idea of making an Homage to sweet balanced coffee that is the foundation to the coffee chain. When explaining this coffee to importer Stuart Ritson from Osito, he knew right away what we needed. He send right away 6 samples from amazing selective picked washed Brazil. The coffee is easy, Juicy and balanced but also complex with notes of peach and melon in the back. It was a risk taking this quite conservative coffee to the Championships but it fitted exactly to the concept of uniformity that we believe is a neglected huge part of the coffee chain. Luckily judges agreed and we took home the 4th place!
